First Day Fund - Thank You!

There are many things happening in our world, country and our church, one thing that doesn’t seem to change is our children still need supplies to start the school year. As always, the parishioners at Sacred Heart assisted with supplying backpacks and supplies to help children attend ‘Unpack the Backpack’ night and enjoy unpacking their backpack. Along with helping the Seton students, we ask the teachers about their needs and help CCD with items they may need.

Because of your monetary donations, we are able to purchase supplies in bulk and take advantage of the sales. If we have leftover money, we purchase items in the clearance aisle to provide supplies the students likely will need later in the school year.

Thank you again to all who supported the First Day Fund this year both monetarily and helping to prepare the backpacks for distribution to the families. Sacred Heart parishioners continue to support this ministry year after year.
